21st Century Commute

I have 2000 AD on the brain, apparently. Isn't it the not-too-distant future already? I made the mistake of drawing this with a cheap No. 2 pencil (rather than non-photo blue), and erasing my marks left unsightly gouges all over the paper. Those are the breaks! Note: I'm doing a re-draw of this with eventual coloring in mind, and will post when finished. Note Again: re-draw added. I want to hand-draw the images on the various viewscreens (none of this "Photoshop" stuff!), which will be step two.

The Thrill of Caricature

Fisherman's Wharf-style caricature is all I'm capable of today.

Again, I don't have my preferred pens and brushes with me, but really wanted to draw and post something. Hence: pencil. As a Californian I can't bring much insight to this week's Illustration Friday topic ("snow"), so decided to shine that action for now.

Tudor

Just a raw scan of a drawing I did a year (or so) ago, filed away, and didn't think about until this afternoon. This is based on a Tudor-era portrait of Lord Something-Or-Other, but I've long forgotten the source.
